basketball

basketball has been fun. I've met alot of new people and i'm having fun with it. plus im getting excersize and its good for me!
we've only lost once this season.
i hope we only lose once this season too...that'd be great.

sick

i've been sick for so long and havent blogged in a while..sorry about that.
anyways, i've had basketball for so long that it made me overtired and it wore on me.
I've been getting better and playing alot more though, so it's not a big deal!

I think I'm addicted..

..to MGMT, sublime and blink 182......
and theres nothing I can do about it. haha I've never gone a day without music. I physically can't function without it. Ohwell

What i'm thankful for.

There's actually quite alot of things I'm thankful for. I'm thankful for my family, who stays by the side no matter what. Sure I fight with them but at the end of day they're the greatest people I know. I'm thankful for my friends who never left. I'm happy they put up with all my bullsh....crap throughout the years. I'm thankful for all the people I met this year and all the new people I talk to. I'm thankful that my family is alive and well. I passed the cemetary yesterday and there were people everywhere and it made me realize how truly blessed I am. Finally, I'm thankful to have a house, clothes, and food to stuff my face with. :)

There's somethings I'll never understand.

i'll never understand the dreams i have with strangers in them, people i've never met or seen.
i'll never understand how someone can keep going back to what hurt them.
but i do understand is that once we understand everything the world loses it's shine.

Basketball..lol

I haven't hung out with any of my friends in a good 5 days.....because of basketball. I'm not a social outcast I just have practice everyday &it kind of sucks. Also, they moved my original post position to something different; a guard. I'm really worried for our game next Tuesday. I hope I get play time..lol pray for me

Utah

Last spring break I went to Utah with my family and some family friends. It was a fun experiance. All I saw for miles was layers and layers of fresh,white snow. After suiting up and getting ready to go skiing with everyone I was with, we drove to the mountain. Riding the chairlift up to the top was one of the coldest experiances of my life. Though it was surrounded by fresh smelling pine trees. As we went into high elevation it turned from cold to bone chilling; even through the winter coat, hat, gloves, scars and goggles I had been wearing. The wind whipped wildly at my face and I managed to get a really unattractive wind burn on just my cheeks and a strip of my forehead. You could only hear the silent slush of the snow around you as you went speeding down the mountain. There are 3 levels to the mountains in Utah(and everywhere in fact), and then there are mini levels in those levels. I got to level 2 which is blue. The most I did was double blue, which is one step down from expert. I only had one bad fall. The snow I landed on was soft, but the impact was hard. All my other falls were just regular falls that every skiier goes through. Another thing I enjoyed about Utah was the food. I ate at my friends cabin one night and they made shrimp tacos. It was delicious. I miss Utah.

Today's my birthday.
I'm 15.
Nothing has changed..I'll be grounded again tomorrow.
Today my mom gave me my phone just cause it's my birthday..

19 kids and counting

So, right now I'm watching 19 kids and counting..it's so weird to think about. Picture having 19 kids. You have to take care of all of them, and give birth to all of them. And think of 19 names that start with J. What were these people thinking?!

I mean, babies are cute and all..but 19? come on now...

It's weird how where they're from dating somebody is called being in a courtship..and this guy on 19 kids and counting just dressed up in a suit and gave this girl flowers and asked her to be in a courtship. He cried when she said yes. It's so unbelievably weird to me..maybe it's just me! and they also said they both agreed to not hug or kiss or anything. This is a friendship guys, not a relationship..

so weird.

I would feel sooooo weird if I was on a tv show like this..I would feel kind of like..stalked..haha awkward.

Me

I guess since this is my first post on this blog you wanna know a bit about me....describing myself is weird. I don't enjoy describing myself considering if I describe myself in a positive way, I'm conceited. If I describe myself in any type of negative terms whatsoever I'm an attention seeker. So I figure I can just tell you what music I listen to and sports and whatnot.

my birthday is October 20...so by the time you read this I'm either on my last few hours of being 14 or I've finally turned 15.
6 months til' I get my permit and you get to share the road with this girl:) BOOOOYAAAA.
my absolute favorite store to shop in is Forever 21..though my school wardrobe really only consists of sweatshirts, old sports tees, jeans and sweats. Why should I get all fancy at 7 am everyday to go to a place filled with people I don't know well enough to care about what they think of my appearance?
Good impression? nah.
we're all gonna die soon enough anyways. when I'm 30 it's really not gonna matter as to whether or not I dressed up for highschool.
